Terms of Service

1. Platform Overview

Pinora is a lifestyle organizer app that helps you save and plan across Life Boards.

• Food — recipes, meal plans, and grocery lists
• Places — spots worth saving and Maps integration
• Travel — trips, dates, and packing lists
• Fitness — workouts and training weeks

Optional Premium features may be offered via Apple In-App Purchases.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You may not share your account or misuse the service.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or import into Pinora (recipes, places, trips, workouts, folders, and related media).

• You grant Pinora a license to store, process, and display your content to provide the service
• Content you mark public may be visible to other users
• You must own or have rights to all uploaded content and not infringe third-party rights

4. Premium & In-App Purchases

Optional Premium features may be offered via Apple In-App Purchases.

• Apple handles all payments and refunds according to its policies
• Pinora does not store credit card details
• Subscription terms are shown at purchase and managed through your Apple ID

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Harass or abuse other users
• Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service
• Misuse community or sharing features

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, fraud, or abuse. We may do so without prior notice when necessary to protect the service or other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pinora is provided as-is. We are not responsible for loss of data, third-party content you import, or damages arising from use of the app to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Use the app at your own risk.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Pinora and General Digital Connoisseurs Ltd. from claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
